During my years in Spain, I began painting a series of symbols, wich I called cryptograms.
The inspiration for this work came from the study of pictographic-heiroglyphics, which I found
in prehistoric cultures. In the series of painting, the representation of the sign appears in a continuos
simplify form, wich keeps the emocional and antropomorfical character of the symbols, however intact.
For this reason, I called this series of pictures „Emoticon“, wich ist my trademark of my artistic work.
